Assemble ingredients: @creamy unsalted peanut butter{3/4%cup}, @garlic{2%cloves}, @fresh grated ginger{3%tbsp}, @red pepper flakes{1/2%tsp}, @honey{2%tbsp}, @soy sauce or tamari{3%tbsp}, @rice vinegar{1%tbsp}, @toasted sesame oil{2%tsp}, @light coconut oil or water{1/3%cups}, and @optional chopped cilantro{1/4%cups}.

Add all of the ingredients besides cilantro to a powerful blender or food processor and run until smooth. Taste and adjust as preferred. Add the cilantro. Add water/coconut oil as needed.

Give it another few pulses and keep in an airtight jar in the fridge.
